While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (Since October 7, 2023), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

UNICEF: Over one million children in Gaza need water and food

NEW YORK, November 2, 2025 (WAFA) –

UNICEF spokesperson Tess Ingram said that over one million children in Gaza still need water and food, and that thousands of children go to bed hungry every night, despite the ceasefire agreement, while 650,000 of them need to return to school.

In a press interview on Sunday, Ingram explained that the ceasefire is "good news" because it means an end to the daily bombardment that was killing children, but it "is not enough on its own to end hunger or ensure families have access to safe drinking water."

She added: "Families in Gaza are still struggling daily to survive, and the infrastructure that provided water and medical care for children has been severely damaged, making access to these basic services extremely difficult."

Ingram said that the amount of aid entering the Gaza Strip after the ceasefire began had increased slightly during the first two weeks, but it was "still woefully inadequate," and that the quantities received were still far below the levels that were entering before the war began.

The UNICEF spokesperson noted that thousands of children were still going to bed hungry, while others in hospitals were suffering from treatable illnesses, but the lack of doctors and medicine was leaving them to suffer without treatment.

Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission: Prisoners face deteriorating conditions in Megiddo prison

RAMALLAH, November 2, 2025 (WAFA) –

The Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs Commission reported today that conditions for Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli prison of Megiddo have continued to deteriorate since the ceasefire agreement in mid-October.

In a statement released on Sunday, the commission said that the living and health conditions of prisoners are worse than in previous periods. They are subjected to repeated beatings and repression, and prison administration frequently transfers them between cells without prior notice, increasing tension within the sections.

The statement noted that outdoor exercise is not provided daily, and winter clothing has not yet been distributed despite cold weather.

A lawyer from the commission added that medical services are nearly nonexistent. Prisoners are allowed to shower only during outdoor exercise, while food rations have decreased in both quantity and quality.

Hygiene items are scarce. Shaving and nail-cutting tools are rarely provided, and very limited amounts of personal care products are distributed, including a quarter cup of shampoo and one roll of tissue per prisoner each week.

The commission condemned these practices as a flagrant violation of the prisoners’ human and legal rights and called on international bodies to intervene urgently to end the abuses and ensure humane detention conditions in accordance with international law.

Gaza Civil Defense: Displaced families facing harsh winter conditions

Sunday 2-November-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Gaza Civil Defense has warned of the rapidly deteriorating humanitarian situation in the Strip, stating that there are no shelters or tents available for the displaced after nearly 90% of homes have been destroyed.

It stressed that the people of Gaza are facing extremely harsh living conditions as winter approaches, especially with the continued blockade on humanitarian aid. The Civil Defense also criticized some parties’ talk about bringing in tents, describing it as a mockery of the suffering people in Gaza, since tents offer no real protection from the brutal cold.

According to the Civil Defense, the Strip is completely unprepared for winter, and children are at risk of dying due to the lack of shelter and basic supplies.

It also revealed that only 24% of the agreed number of trucks have entered the Strip under the ceasefire agreement, noting that the humanitarian situation on the ground has not improved since the truce took effect.

Mamdouh Basal, spokesperson for the Gaza Civil Defense, said that the suffering of the population now goes beyond destruction and casualties, extending to the loss of livelihoods for most families.

He explained that the war, which has been ongoing for two years, has led to an almost complete shutdown of economic life in the Strip, with factories and shops no longer operating.

Unemployment has reached unprecedented levels, and many young people and graduates now face a future with no jobs or hope, he added.

In the same context, Dr. Bassam Zaqout, director of the Medical Relief Society in Gaza, said that the Israeli occupation is deliberately blocking the entry of essential medical supplies, worsening the suffering of patients and the wounded due to severe shortages in healthcare.

He emphasized the urgent need to allow the entry of these vital medical supplies and to enable the transfer of patients outside the Strip for treatment to avoid a deepening of the ongoing humanitarian and health crisis facing Gaza’s residents.

Rights center: Israel imposes death sentence on cancer and kidney failure patients in Gaza

Sunday 2-November-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The Gaza Center for Human Rights has expressed deep concern over the unprecedented deterioration in the conditions of cancer and kidney failure patients in the Gaza Strip. This crisis stems from the ongoing Israeli military assault, a blockade imposed for over 19 years, and the deliberate prevention by Israeli authorities of the entry of medications, medical supplies, and spare parts for essential equipment. Added to this are severe restrictions on patient travel for treatment outside the Strip.

In a statement issued on Sunday, the Center said this situation leaves no doubt that Israel is enacting a slow-kill policy against thousands of patients by intentionally denying them their right to life and medical care, turning their suffering into a tool of collective punishment.

According to medical sources cited by the Center, there are 12,500 cancer patients in Gaza, including very young children. Notably, women account for approximately 52% of all cancer patients in the Strip.

The statement pointed to a severe shortage of diagnostic tools and the shutdown of most imaging and testing departments, which has limited diagnoses to no more than 1,000 patients. An estimated 3,000 more patients remain undiagnosed, facing worsening conditions without proper care, signaling a looming silent health catastrophe.

The suspension of chemotherapy and targeted cancer treatments since October 2023 has resulted in the deaths of at least 615 cancer patients since the start of the assault on Gaza, including 179 in the first quarter of 2025 alone due to lack of medication or forced treatment cessation.

The statement also warned that about 700 kidney failure patients face the risk of death due to the closure of dialysis centers amid fuel shortages and a lack of medical filters and solutions.

Field reports show that over 400 kidney patients have died during the same period because of reduced dialysis sessions or equipment breakdowns, nearly 40% of all registered cases in Gaza.

The center held Israeli authorities fully responsible for this crisis, citing deliberate actions that led to the collapse of Gaza’s healthcare system. These include banning the entry of cancer and dialysis medicines, medical supplies, and delaying or denying travel permits for treatment in hospitals in the West Bank and Jerusalem.

The center stressed that Israeli attacks on hospitals and specialized medical centers, including radiotherapy and dialysis units, have only deepened the suffering of Palestinian patients.

It emphasized that these actions constitute a grave violation of Article 56 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, which obligates the occupying power to provide medical care to civilians. These actions may also constitute war crimes under Article 8 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, as they represent a form of collective punishment against a protected population.

The center warned that the continuation of these catastrophic conditions means slow death for thousands of patients amid an unjustifiable global silence and inaction. It called on the United Nations, World Health Organization, and International Committee of the Red Cross to fulfill their legal and humanitarian responsibilities and act urgently to save lives and ensure patients’ rights to treatment, travel, and dignity.

The Gaza Center for Human Rights demanded the immediate lifting of the Israeli blockade and the unrestricted entry of all necessary medicines and medical equipment.

It also called for the opening of border crossings to allow patients to travel for timely treatment and the urgent and consistent supply of chemotherapy drugs and dialysis equipment.

Finally, the center urged the international community to take decisive action to pressure Israeli authorities to end the use of patients as instruments of collective punishment.

'Hamas marks 108 years since Balfour Declaration, says Palestinian cause regained its global prestige

Sunday 2-November-2025

BEIRUT, (PIC)

On the 108th anniversary of the infamous Balfour Declaration (Balfour’s promise in Arabic), the 'Hamas Movement’s Popular Affairs Office in Lebanon has affirmed that the Palestinian cause has regained its place at the forefront of global attention.

“The downfall of the Balfour Declaration and the Israeli entity, which was established as a result of that promise, is inevitable,” 'Hamas said in a statement on Sunday.

“The Palestinian people continue to suffer the consequences of that promise, which laid the foundations for the establishment of the terrorist Zionist entity on Palestinian land, prevented the creation of an independent Palestinian state, and plunged the region into ongoing conflict and systematic crimes of extermination against the Palestinian people, as seen most recently in Gaza following Operation Al-Aqsa Flood,” Hamas underscored.

“The Operation (Al-Aqsa Flood) and the Palestinian people’s steadfastness in the face of Israeli aggression have sent a clear message to the world that Palestinians have the full right to liberate themselves from occupation, establish their independent state on all of their national soil, and achieve the return of refugees to their homes,” Hamas said.

'Hamas concluded its statement by affirming that “the Palestinian people will continue their resistance and struggle until they reclaim all their legitimate and historical rights in Palestine.”

QB finds bodies of three Israeli captives in Khan Younus

Sunday 2-November-2025

'Hamami was captured by al-Qassam Brigades during Operation “El-Aqsa Flood” on October 7, 2023.

The Hebrew daily Yedioth Ahronoth reported that the area where the search took place lies within the Israeli side of the ceasefire line, known as the “yellow line,” in eastern Khan Younus.

It noted that that political echelon approved the entry of Hamas and Red Cross teams to the area to allow them to conduct faster search operations than the Israeli army could.

Palestinian former detainee loses sight after torture in Israeli prison

GAZA, November 2, 2025 (WAFA) –

From his wheelchair in a makeshift tent in the central Gaza Strip, Ma'hmoud Sa'eed Abul Foul, 28, calls on his younger brother to hand him a glass of water. He has lost all direct connection with the world around him since he was blinded ten months ago due to torture he endured inside Israel’s infamous Sde Teiman camp.

During his detention, Abu Foul, along with hundreds of other prisoners he encountered, was subjected to severe physical abuse. The worst moment, he recalls, was when a soldier struck his head with a metal chair about six weeks after his arrest.

“I lost my sight when a soldier grabbed my head and smashed my forehead several times against an iron chair. I saw what looked like a flash of white light, and then nothing since,” Abu Foul told WAFA.

He said he lost consciousness after the blows, and when he woke up, he could no longer see. “I thought it was temporary—maybe hours or days—but my vision never returned.” His eyelids have since fused shut, oozing blood and tears with a foul odor.

Despite repeated pleas for medical help, prison authorities only gave him ointment and eye drops once. “I kept asking for treatment, but they ignored me. The pain in my eyes and head never stopped—it feels like an electric current running from my head to my left eye,” he said.

Abu Foul now lives with his family in a small tent in the town of El-Zawayida, after being displaced several times—from their destroyed home in Beit Lahiya to Gaza City, and then again due to heavy bombardment. His tent stands near a garbage dump, surrounded by the stench of waste and buzzing flies.

Israeli forces abducted him along with more than 200 medical workers and displaced civilians at Kamal Adwan Hospital on December 27, 2024, after besieging the facility for weeks. He was taken to El-Fakhoura School in Jabalya, which soldiers had turned into a military post, where detainees were beaten through the night in freezing temperatures. He was later moved to a base near Zikim, where soldiers confiscated his crutches—leaving him, an amputee, unable to move for months.

Abu Foul lost his leg 12 years ago in an Israeli airstrike on Jabalia refugee camp. In Sde Teiman, he endured extreme physical and psychological torture, including beatings on his spine and forced humiliation. Prisoners were reportedly handcuffed while eating and forced to feed themselves using only their mouths.

“They urinated on prisoners, threatened to kill their families, and used pins to stab them in sensitive areas,” Abu Foul said.

His father, Sa'eed Abul Foul, 57, said they recently met a medical specialist who explained that a proper diagnosis of his son’s condition could not be made without opening his eyelids—an operation that carries significant risk given the lack of medical equipment and supplies in Gaza, particularly for eye surgery.

Abu Foul was released on October 13 as part of a group of 1,700 prisoners freed under the latest ceasefire agreement. Despite his condition, he remains hopeful for treatment that could help him regain his sight, whether inside or outside Palestine.

“I miss seeing my parents’ faces, my siblings, my friends, the food, the streets, the sand, the sky,” he said, raising his head toward the light he can no longer perceive. “I just want to live normally again—to eat by myself, walk by myself, and not depend on anyone.”

His father added somberly, “The occupation caused him to lose his leg, then his sight, and destroyed our home. Our pain is endless—but perhaps someone will help bring back his vision. That’s the only comfort left.”

Killing, Injuring, and Abduction of Palestinians in the West Bank by Israeli Occupation Regime Forces

'Hamas holds Israel fully responsible for the prisoner Ghawadra’s death

Sunday 2-November-2025

GAZA, (PIC)

The 'Hamas Movement has mourned the martyrdom of Palestinian prisoner Mu'hammed 'Husain Ghawadra, aged 65, from the city of Jineen, who passed away on Sunday in Israeli prisons.

In an official press statement, Hamas said that the martyrdom of Ghawadra constitutes a new crime added to the Israeli occupation regime’s long record of abuses against Palestinian prisoners. The Movement said that this crime occurred in the context of deliberate medical negligence, torture, and brutal treatment practiced by the Israeli prison authorities as part of a systematic policy aimed at breaking the prisoners’ will and resilience.

'Hamas affirmed that it holds the Israeli occupation fully responsible for Ghawadra’s death and warned of the grave dangers posed by the continuation of such criminal policies, which, it stressed, will not succeed in weakening the determination of the prisoners or the steadfastness of the Palestinian people.

The Movement called on the masses of the Palestinian people to intensify efforts to defend the heroic prisoners, continue supporting them, and stand by their side until their full freedom is achieved.

'Hamas also urged international and human rights organizations to assume their moral and legal responsibilities regarding the continuous violations against prisoners and to work on holding Israeli leaders accountable for their crimes and stopping the inhumane practices taking place inside the prisons.

Later on Sunday, the Palestinian Prisoners Society (PPS) confirmed that the General Authority for Civil Affairs informed them of the death of prisoner Mu'hammed 'Husain Mu'hammed Ghawadra, 63, in Israeli prisons.

In its statement, the PPS noted that his death comes amid an ongoing campaign of incitement led by the Israeli authorities, particularly under the direction of far-right minister Itamar Ben Gvir, who is pushing for a law to execute prisoners and openly boasts about the crimes committed against them. This is taking place as Palestinian detainees face one of the most brutal forms of extermination within Israeli prisons.

The PPS stressed that the killing of Ghawadra is part of a wider pattern of systemic violations targeting prisoners, aiming to slowly kill them and destroy them physically and psychologically.

Ghawadra was arrested on August 6, 2024, and had been held in pretrial detention at the “Janot” prison (formerly Naf'ha and Ramon).

He was the father of administrative detainee Sami Ghawadra and of freed prisoner Shadi Ghawadra, who was released earlier this year as part of a prisoner exchange deal and exiled to Egypt.

The PPS pointed out that violations escalated following the ceasefire agreement, with testimonies from recently released prisoners providing undeniable evidence of torture and field executions inside prisons, confirmed by the condition of bodies returned following the agreement.

With Ghawadra’s death, the number of known martyrs among the Palestinian prisoners since the beginning of the genocide war has risen to 81, while the crime of enforced disappearance continues to affect dozens more.

The current phase, the PPS said, is the bloodiest in the history of the Palestinian Captive Movement since 1967. The number of martyrs whose identities have been confirmed now stands at 318, while Israel continues to hold 89 bodies, including 78 since the war began.

The PPS stressed that the accelerating rate of prisoner deaths reflects Israel’s ongoing policy of slow execution, with new deaths occurring inside prisons every month.

Israeli military to relocate El-'Hamra checkpoint near Nablus, raising fears of land confiscation

NABLUS, November 2, 2025 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces have issued a military order to relocate the so-called El-Hamra checkpoint, currently on the road connecting Nablus with Aree'ha (Jericho), closer to the village of 'Ain Shibli east of Nablus, local officials reported on Sunday.

Governor of Nablus, Ghassan Dughlus, told WAFA that the area is witnessing land leveling by the Israeli occupation apartheid regime to move the checkpoint, raising concerns over potential land confiscation to facilitate settler movement and tighten control over the northern and central Jordan Valley.

Meanwhile, Ain Shibli village council head, Jamal Al-Omari, said the council was informed days ago of the Israeli military’s intention to relocate the checkpoint and confiscate approximately 12 dunums of village land for military purposes.

The current 'Hamra checkpoint sits at a crossroads linking West Bank cities to the central, southern, and northern Jordan Valley, serving as a main route for thousands of Palestinians commuting to work in the Jordan Valley.

Illegal Israeli settlers plow Palestinian land near El-Khaleel (Hebron)

El-Khaleel (Hebron), November 2, 2025 (WAFA) –

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers plowed Palestinian-owned land in the town of Idthna, west of El-Khaleel (Hebron), on Sunday, in preparation for seizing it and annexing it to a recently established colonial outpost.

Idthna Mayor Jabir Tumaizi said that colonists, accompanied by tractors, plowed Palestinian-owned land in El-Jalatiyya area, east of the town.

The land belongs to the Tumaizi and Sawaifa families, among others, and the colonists intend to cultivate it and annex it to lands seized in recent months, with the aim of expanding the new colonial outpost.

He pointed out that a number of the illegal Israeli settlers residing in the outpost, under the protection of the occupation forces, are terrorizing, harassing, assaulting, and arresting Palestinians in order to depopulate the area.

This is part of a broader plan to seize more of the town's land, which has already been swallowed up by the separation wall and the colonial outposts legalized by the Israeli government.

Tumaizi called on farmers and landowners to gather tomorrow morning in the area to reject the occupation's policy of forcibly seizing these lands, noting that the municipality will work within the law to stop this policy aimed at displacing citizens and seizing their lands by force.

Israeli occupation forces establish new illegal settlement outpost in 'Anata, north of El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem)

El-Quds (occupied Jerusalem), November 2, 2025 (WAFA) –

Israeli occupation forces on Sunday established a new illegal settlement outpost on Palestinian-owned land in the town of 'Anata, north of occupied Jerusalem.

Local sources reported that Israeli forces, accompanied by a bulldozer, began leveling large areas of land near the town, and set up caravans, tents, and mobile rooms, while soldiers raised the flag of the so-called Temple at the site.

Three days ago, Israeli occupation authorities seized five dunums and 856 square meters of land belonging to residents of 'Anata through a military order. The order aims to construct a settlement road linking the settlement of Neve Brat to Road No. 437. The order, signed on March 18, 2025, remains in effect until December 31, 2027, and grants residents only one week to file objections.

According to data from the Colonization and Wall Resistance Commission, since the beginning of 2025, the Israeli occupation has issued a total of 54 military orders for the purpose of seizing Palestinian land.

UNRWA: Illegal Israeli settler violence in West Bank reaches highest level in over a decade

NEW YORK, November 2, 2025 (WAFA) –

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) reported that the the illegal Israeli settler violence in the West Bank has recently escalated to its highest level in more than a decade.

In a statement released on Sunday, UNRWA said last month was the most violent since the start of regular documentation of such incidents 12 to 13 years ago.

According to the agency, most attacks were concentrated during the olive harvest season, with Palestinian farmers facing assaults and being denied access to their lands. The incidents threaten their livelihoods amid a rise in armed attacks and deliberate property burnings.

The UN agency’s recently published report also highlighted the ongoing forced displacement of Palestinians from their lands, particularly in the northern West Bank, including JJineen, Toulkarm, and Nour Shams refugee camps. These displacements are occurring alongside the expansion of colonization and the demolition and evacuation of homes, leading to the displacement of hundreds of Palestinian families.

The attacks included stone-throwing, gunfire, vehicle and property arson, and the expulsion of Palestinians from agricultural lands.

UNRWA warned that these violations continue in the absence of effective measures by the Israeli authorities to curb them, and the escalation could pave the way for further Israeli annexation of Palestinian lands.

Illegal Israeli settlers attack school in Khirbet Ibziq near Toubas

TOUBAS, November 2, 2025 (WAFA) –

A group of the illegal Israeli settlers attacked the Challenge School in the village of Khirbet Ibziq, northeast of Toubas in the northern West Bank, last night, according to local sources.

According to 'Azmi Balawna, Director of Education in Tubas, a group of colonists raided the school, vandalized its facilities, damaged its contents, and burned the Palestinian flag.

The school has been the target of similar assaults in recent weeks, carried out by settlers under the protection of Israeli occupation forces. These repeated attacks have created an atmosphere of fear and tension among the students.

In recent weeks, Israeli colonist violence against Palestinians has escalated significantly across the occupied West Bank. Colonists, often armed and supported by the Israeli military, have targeted Palestinian homes, schools, farmland, and vehicles in dozens of towns and villages.

Such attacks include property destruction, arson, and physical assaults, frequently resulting in injuries and significant material damage.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the
land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verbs "abduct" and "kidnap" than the verbs "detain" and "arrest," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.
